Refund Policy

All sales are final no refunds or exchanges.

If your order was marked as delivered and you did not receive it a claim can filed with USPS as all packages have insurance. 

We are not responsible for melted products as we do offer Ice Packs for $5 to help prevent melted products.  

If a refund is requested their will be a 15% restocking fee for the lost product to J330Sweetz 

If a problem has occurred with your order with 3 business days of delivery proof is required to solves the issue. If more than 3 business days have passed from delivery date we can no longer help the situation.
